Trianel GmbH evaluates software architecture with Adesso for 56 partners and 6 million people

Trianel GmbH, a company that pools the interests of public utility companies and municipal energy suppliers, was faced with the challenge of evaluating the system architecture of a software package for its virtual power plants. The company needed to assess the software's scalability and its compatibility with Trianel’s existing interfaces and processes. To address this, Trianel engaged vendor Adesso.

Adesso ran two Interaction Room workshops to determine the software's requirements and establish a common understanding of its scope. Using SONAR and interviews, Adesso evaluated the architecture and provided Trianel with a detailed list of areas where the architecture already met requirements and where further development was needed. Adesso also calculated the costs required to implement future business models, enabling Trianel to make a data-driven decision.
