REMONDIS builds a future-proof ERP roadmap with Adesso

Adesso supported REMONDIS, a large German recycling company, with a pilot project for its central ERP system. The challenge was to adapt the environmental management system to digital developments and industry influences, requiring a future-proof architecture and a clear implementation roadmap.

Working with the customer, adesso developed and prototypically evaluated a new architectural template and designed an agile implementation roadmap. The solution provided REMONDIS with a foundational plan for the ERP redevelopment project. The result was a solid basis for planning the ensuing implementation, including the validated architecture and agile method.
