The University of Buenos Aires needed a way to scale its free AI program while improving the student experience and reducing the heavy manual effort required for onboarding. Its existing system had limited customization, basic email and study flows, and little integration with other tools, making it difficult to create a self-managed, automated experience for thousands of students. ActiveCampaign helped the University of Buenos Aires build a customized, intelligent end-to-end student journey with automated onboarding and self-service workflows. As a result, the university now supports more than 5,000 students in the program, has achieved a 500% faster admissions process, and has reduced labor costs by at least $100K USD annually. ActiveCampaign’s automations also cut staffing needs from an estimated 30 employees to just 2 part-time staff members.
