Reading Partners, a national nonprofit that helps K–2 students achieve reading proficiency, struggled to balance stewardship of its national brand with the communication needs of 14 local chapters. Marketing lead Sarah Delaney-Busch needed a Salesforce-integrated marketing automation platform that allowed central oversight, regional autonomy, and streamlined volunteer recruitment, campaigns, and content approvals.
