iCharts provides business data visualization to help companies track and visualize sales, productivity and market trends. When Ted Sapountzis joined as head of marketing in 2014, the company had almost no marketing—little content, no email programs and no automation—so he was tasked, with a tiny budget and virtually no staff, to build a full marketing strategy and automate middle-funnel lead nurturing.
Ted chose Act-On for its ease of use, Salesforce integration, WebEx webinar automation and sales-facing Act-On Anywhere tools. Using landing pages, forms and drip campaigns, iCharts grew from about 20 leads a month to roughly 400, converting ~200 into Marketing Qualified Leads and generating about 140 sales opportunities monthly—a nearly 20-fold increase that boosted sales productivity and streamlined webinar and outreach processes.
