The Jefferson Awards Foundation, the nation’s longest-standing organization dedicated to activating and celebrating public service, runs youth programs and an annual gala while managing more than 35,000 contacts. Faced with fragmented communication systems and limited analytics, JAF needed a platform to scale outreach, segment lists, personalize campaigns, and deliver real-time performance data.
