Thailand's largest cement manufacturer, SCG, sought to standardize condition monitoring across its five major plants to eliminate data silos and improve corporate oversight. They partnered with vendor ACOEM to consolidate approximately 1,300 critical monitoring points onto a single, unified platform.

ACOEM implemented a hybrid solution using its MVX online monitors, FALCON portable analyzers, and AT400 alignment systems, all integrated via a centralized software platform. This standardization led SCG to place bulk orders for over 140 MVX units, establishing a unified view of asset health across all plants and solidifying ACOEM as SCG's core reliability partner.
