Strategic Payments Services (SPS), Australia’s fastest-growing electronic payment solutions provider, needed better visibility into its Postilion switch environment to improve availability, reliability, and customer service. Using ACI Worldwide’s Prognosis solution, SPS lacked transaction-level insight and struggled to quickly identify the root cause of transaction errors, which could impact multiple customers before issues were fixed.

ACI Worldwide implemented Prognosis Realtime Framework Manager to give SPS real-time access to detailed transaction data and system metrics on a single dashboard. The solution enabled root-cause analysis, monitoring of ISO8583 fields, and customizable SNMP alerts for proactive intervention. As a result, SPS gained source-and-sink node visibility, faster issue isolation, and a more proactive support model, helping it deliver better service and reduce reactive troubleshooting.
