Implementing BIN-based 3‑D Secure bypasses for Brazil, stopping automated internal tags, disabling CSC prompts where inappropriate, and deploying ACI’s data validation raised merchant conversion rates from ~23% to nearly 72% while reducing acquirer and fraud-provider rejections.
