Millersville University needed to improve protection of sensitive student payment data while meeting student and parent demand for convenient online, mobile and POS payment options. To build an omni-channel, secure payments platform they partnered with ACI Worldwide, deploying ACI’s PCI-compliant solutions including ACI Speedpay® and the College Commerce Suite.

ACI Worldwide migrated Millersville’s payment data off campus and integrated ACI Speedpay® with Banner 9 to enable credit card, debit card and ACH for tuition and more than 25 campus payment types. The solution virtually eliminated the security burden on campus servers, introduced service-fee options that let the university accept card payments at no cost in many cases, and drove increased online payment adoption among students and parents.
