Georgia United Credit Union Increases Satisfaction with Expanded Payment Options

Georgia United Credit Union wanted to modernize loan payments by adding faster, secure self-service options and the ability to accept debit cards from other financial institutions. To meet this need, Georgia United selected ACI Worldwide and deployed ACI Speedpay® Solutions to expand payment channels and improve member convenience.

ACI Worldwide implemented a payments platform that accepts outside debit cards, offers a Quick Pay self-service option, and supports in-person, call center and online processing. The new ACI solution drove rapid member adoption, automated more than 10,000 payments annually that were previously posted manually, reduced time and cost from manual processing, and increased member satisfaction.
