Driving Self-Service and a Seamless Customer Experience With ACI® Walletron™ , Part of the ACI Speedpay® Solution

Octane, a growing fintech and powersports lender (through its in-house lender Roadrunner Financial), faced rising inbound and outbound call volumes tied to billing, payments and collections as its customer base expanded and more customers preferred mobile payments. To drive self-service and a better mobile experience, Octane turned to ACI Worldwide, deploying ACI Walletron as part of its existing ACI Speedpay solution to enable account management via Apple Wallet and Google Wallet.

ACI Worldwide integrated ACI Walletron and improved guest payment options into Octane’s ACI Speedpay platform, configuring wallet passes to surface frequently used payment and account features and simplify non-registered payments. The change shifted a large percentage of CSR-assisted phone payments to self-service mobile wallet payments within the first year and coincided with an 83% rise in Octane’s Net Promoter Score, while customers began adding passes themselves and receiving timely payment reminders.
