ACI Worldwide’s ACI Speedpay and ACI moBills were rapidly deployed and unified billing, payment history, and mobile wallet options into a single customer portal, cutting inbound call volume by 20% while growing the customer base 16%. Results included 30% mobile-wallet adoption among new customers, an 89% increase in IVR payments, a 20% rise in recurring ACH, a 16% lift in paperless adoption, and a 27% drop in lockbox payments.
