Within three months 70% of team members were activated and over 53,000 recognition moments recorded; by six months the program hit 100,000 moments and drove a three-point uplift on the engagement recognition measure (without rewards). Since launch the business has celebrated 500,000 recognition moments, sees 50% monthly platform usage, and stores with higher recognition achieved a 21% higher average transaction value.
