Save Mart Supermarkets Launches New Employee Recognition Program Powered by Achievers

Save Mart Supermarkets, a 230‑store grocery chain with about 18,000 employees, partnered with Achievers to address low employee engagement and ensure staff are consistently recognized for contributions that reflect company values. In May 2012 they launched The Save Mart Connection and saw more than 7,000 recognitions issued in the first month, signaling strong early adoption.

The Achievers platform awards points for performance, customer service and living Save Mart’s values, lets employees redeem rewards (travel, electronics, gift cards, etc.), and includes peer and top-down recognition, newsfeeds, leaderboards, mystery shop, and analytics.
