RELX increases nominations 88% with Achievers

RELX, a global provider of information-based analytics, needed to build a modern and inclusive approach to employee recognition without discontinuing its valued, targeted team awards. The challenge was to unify inconsistent and manually administered programs across its large organization into a single, global platform. They partnered with the vendor Achievers to address this.

Achievers implemented its Recognize platform to power a new program called Spotlight. This solution provided a unified foundation for recognition and also incorporated RELX's legacy OPERA awards into the system. The results were significant, including an 88% increase in award nominations submitted and nearly 80% of all employees receiving recognition. The modernized system also drastically reduced administrative complexity for the company.
