Adoption and engagement rose sharply: 99% of employees activated accounts (100% of managers), 66% active users, a 62% month-over-month spike in MAUs tied to Employee Appreciation Week (sustained at +24% above baseline), 1.2 recognitions per employee during Awards week (+1,209% vs. the prior week), a 123% year-over-year increase in social recognitions, and an overall engagement score of 89% (vs. a best‑in‑class benchmark of 86%).
