LoyaltyOne partnered with Achievers to launch the “Pass It On” program on the Achievers Employee Success Platform in April 2013. The platform saw 93% adoption within two weeks and 97% engagement over the first year, driving cross-functional communication, greater manager involvement, a 6% increase in associate engagement (23% higher than other high-performing companies), and a jump of 10 spots to 6th place in the 2014 AON Hewitt Employer Survey.
