Case Study: Ericsson achieves a more connected, data-driven workplace with Achievers' Employee Success Platform

A Achievers Case Study

Preview of the Ericsson Case Study

How the Achievers Platform Makes Ericsson a More Connected and Data-Driven Workplace

Ericsson’s North American business, with more than 15,000 employees across 30+ regional offices, wanted to replace fragmented, manual recognition programs with a single, technology‑enabled platform to reinforce shared goals—especially innovation—automate recognition, track spend, and link recognition to business results across a geographically dispersed workforce.

Ericsson implemented the Achievers Employee Success Platform across its North American locations; the intuitive, social-first system quickly became the company’s most widely used voluntary enterprise platform, with the majority of recognitions being free social acknowledgements. Since launch, engagement scores rose three points from an already high 81%, manager recognition metrics improved 4%, North America outperforms global and industry averages, and the program has strengthened cross‑site connectivity while staying on budget.
