In September 2012 they launched “KABOOOM” on the Achievers Employee Success Platform, combining social and points-based recognition with updated years-of-service awards; within 18 months recognition activity rose 4,500% versus the prior paper system, leadership recognition scores climbed from 66% to 77%, turnover fell from 13.8% (2011) to 6.4% by FY2013, and the program was expanded to seven other CHRISTUS regions.
