The solution involved embedding a dedicated AI Adopter recognition module within Bell's internal platform. Achievers helped Bell launch a change management plan that encouraged peer-to-peer recognition for AI use at any stage. This made progress visible and built momentum. The results included a 62.5% increase in enterprise adoption across business units, with over 2,100 recognitions sent and 1.34 million reward points awarded to reinforce the behavior, accelerating AI integration into daily work.
