ATB implemented the Achievers Employee Success Platform and launched the Everyday Heroes recognition program, a single social platform to reinforce values and support department-level initiatives. In the first year the program generated over 90,000 recognitions, helping create a culture of appreciation and lifting ATB’s overall engagement score by 13 percentage points to 81%, with stronger alignment to business objectives and improved results.
