Amara Cay Resort, a 110-room boutique hotel in the Florida Keys, needed a better way to control beverage inventory and keep costs in line across multiple outlets, banquet operations, and mini-bars. The resort’s F&B Director, Jason Bronis, used AccuBar throughout the beverage operation and relied especially on the Profit Watch feature to improve inventory accuracy and accountability.

AccuBar implemented a full beverage inventory management workflow, including Profit Watch and an early smartphone app beta, allowing teams to count simultaneously in different locations and reducing inventory time. The result was faster error detection, easier corrections before service, and stronger daily tracking of empties and receiving; Jason described Profit Watch as the “single best feature” and said AccuBar made inventory control easier and more reliable.
