Washingborough Hall is a family-run Grade II listed Georgian manor house with 12 bedrooms and a double AA Rosette restaurant that hosts weddings and private events. Facing plans to double its weddings with a new orangery, the hotel needed a single, future-proof supplier to provide multi-channel exposure, better rate and availability management, streamlined operations and ongoing support. Access Hospitality was chosen to deliver this functionality via Rezlynx PMS plus EPoS, Online Booking Manager and Channel & Distribution Manager.
Access Hospitality implemented Rezlynx, EPoS, the Online Booking Manager and Channel & Distribution Manager, cutting manual data entry, speeding bar and event service, and enabling real-time OTA integration. The hotel now uses promo codes and same-day deals to drive direct bookings, automated emails to boost reviews and re-bookings, and improved rate control — contributing to a 24% increase in ARR year-on-year, higher occupancy and easier management of growth as they expand weddings and rooms.
