The Spires Serviced Suites, which operates over 100 one- to three-bedroom serviced apartments across Birmingham, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen, needed to replace a basic CRM with a centralised, cloud-hosted property management solution that provided remote access, real-time cross‑property reporting and seamless connections to OTAs and the GDS. They engaged Access Hospitality to deliver an integrated system (Rezlynx web‑based PMS plus Channel & Distribution Manager and PCI Manager) to standardise reservations and distribution across the group.

Access Hospitality implemented the web‑based Rezlynx PMS at all sites, together with Channel & Distribution Manager for OTA/GDS connectivity and PCI Manager for compliance. The result was live multi‑property availability and cross‑property reservations, a shared central guest database and ledgers, single‑point rate management with automatic exposure to the group website/OTAs/GDS (achieving rate parity), full PCI‑DSS compliance, improved card security, lower cost of ownership from cloud hosting, and secure remote access to live business data.
