The Lewis Partnership, a Staffordshire hospitality group operating four properties (The Moat House Hotel, The Swan Hotel, The Dog and Doublet Inn), needed to replace aging servers with a cloud-hosted, easy-to-use and integrated system that would link PMS, channel management and online bookings, offer good value and allow bespoke reporting. They engaged Access Hospitality to deliver a package including Rezlynx PMS, Channel Manager, Online Booking Manager, Advanced C&B, integrated EPoS and additional staff training.

Access Hospitality’s integrated solution cut manual data entry and centralised rate/availability management so one person can run all three properties, eliminated overbookings, and enabled cross-property F&B postings and automated email communications. The Lewis Partnership saw measurable gains: Moat House direct website bookings +22% year-on-year, Moat House OTA bookings +50% (first year on Rezlynx), Dog and Doublet OTA bookings +40% over two years, The Swan bookings +46%, ARR increases of 11% (Moat House) and 13% (The Swan) over three years, and daily availability updates reduced from ~1 hour to ~10 minutes. Access Hospitality also delivered improved reporting and staff training to maximise system use.
