The Grange Hotel - Customer Case Study

The Grange Hotel, a luxury boutique property in York, faced operational strain from separate property management and distribution systems that required manual uploads, leading to errors and occasional overbookings as the hotel expanded to 41 rooms. To solve this they partnered with Access Hospitality and implemented Rezlynx PMS along with Distribution/Channel Manager, Online Booking Manager and Mobile Booking Manager to provide live feeds and automatic rate and availability updates.

Access Hospitality’s integrated Rezlynx solution streamlined channel management and remote access, enabling managers to open/close channels quickly and monitor both The Grange and its sister property, the Felix Hotel. As a result, average room rates rose about 2% (up to £20 in Jan–Feb), occupancy increased to roughly 85%, direct online bookings grew by 10–15 bookings per month, and conversion and operational efficiency improved significantly.
