The Churchill Hotel York is a historic late-Georgian mansion (now 41 rooms) with a 15-room sister property, Judges Court, and a new 22-room hotel opening soon. Faced with the need to centralise operations across all three sites, enable cloud-hosted access for remote management, and deploy more sophisticated rate-management and distribution tools, The Churchill Hotel York selected Access Hospitality to provide a single integrated solution including a cloud-hosted PMS, EPOS and online booking modules.

Access Hospitality implemented a cloud-hosted integrated stack (PMS, EPOS, distribution/online booking and rate-management tools) so the group now operates from one reservations team, with the GM able to monitor and amend rates remotely.
