The Arbor Group, a growing collection of luxury 4-star hotels in central London, was using an out-of-date on‑premise PMS that couldn’t support its rebranding, corporate rate management, guest profiling or cloud access — and was causing overbookings. To address this, The Arbor Group selected Access Hospitality and implemented a comprehensive suite including Rezlynx PMS, a Channel Manager and EPoS to centralize rate control, store guest data and enable cloud-based access across properties.
Access Hospitality’s solution enabled centralized rate management, automated VAT rules, easier group and corporate bookings, faster check‑ins and targeted marketing through guest profiles, with minimal disruption during installation and training. The results: ADR rose by £10 in year one and £15 in year two, occupancy of 92% (Arbor City) and 95% (Arbor Hyde Park), increased corporate and direct bookings, higher upsell revenue, and quicker support response — delivering measurable revenue uplift and operational efficiency.
