Talash Hotel Group, which operates five hotels across Cheshire, Warwickshire and the West Midlands, faced fragmented property management systems that made group reporting, staff flexibility, Best Western CRS integration, live channel rate management, direct online bookings and PCI-DSS compliance difficult and time-consuming. To address these issues they engaged Access Hospitality to deploy a cloud-hosted PMS with embedded PCI transaction handling, an integrated channel manager and booking engine, plus an EPoS solution.

Access Hospitality implemented a single, group-wide operating platform that unified reporting and site access, linked live rates and availability to OTAs and the direct booking engine, and provided integrated EPoS and PCI-compliant payment handling. The result was one-click site switching and consolidated reporting, fully optimised online sales that allow selling down to the last room, streamlined rate management, reduced time and stock loss, increased occupancy and additional revenue — delivering stronger margins and protected revenue streams for Talash Hotel Group.
