St Moritz Hotel & Villas is a 4-star resort in Cornwall with 48 bedrooms, 13 apartments and 34 villas that needed an all-in-one, fully integrated system to drive bookings for accommodation, spa and restaurants. Their old non-responsive booking site had limited functionality (no packages, manual edits or mobile usability), producing low online reservations; they engaged Access Hospitality for a combined solution including Rezlynx PMS, Channel Manager, EPoS, WebSuite, Digital Marketing and PCI Manager.

Access Hospitality delivered a mobile-enabled website and cloud-hosted, integrated systems (Rezlynx, EPoS, channel and marketing tools) that enabled real-time rates, packages/upsells, secure payments and targeted CRM campaigns. The result: more online bookings in the first four months than in the whole previous year, direct bookings rose to ~81% of online reservations (from 20%), bookings increased from 1–2 per week to 3–4 per day, reduced OTA commissions and higher revenue per booking thanks to themed offers and improved reporting and operational flexibility.
