SACO - The Serviced Apartment Company, which provides access to over 30,000 apartments in 220+ destinations, needed a property management solution fit for the serviced-apartment sector: a multi-site PMS able to support a central reservations office plus partner/agent bookings, pre-allocate apartments up to 24 hours before arrival, show true real-time availability, maximise occupancy, generate invoices and VAT receipts at reservation (including handling VAT rules for stays over 28 days), and drive more direct online revenue. Access Hospitality was engaged to deliver a centralised PMS and distribution/booking tools to meet these requirements.

Access Hospitality implemented a suite of systems (centralised rate and reservation management, PMS, channel manager, Online Booking Manager and Corporate OBM, PCI compliance tools, reporting integration and bespoke web-services to SACO’s CRM). As a result, SACO doubled online bookings across all channels in the first 12 months, gained automated rate distribution, faster and more efficient booking processes, improved reporting and day-to-day management, and ongoing UK-based support and training from Access Hospitality.
