Access Hospitality implemented GuestPay and Newbridge to streamline payments, integrate transactions in real time, and improve reporting and reconciliation across about 20 EPOS terminals. The results included seamless transaction reconciliation, faster daily reconciliation, a 100% reduction in manual error margin, and better billing transparency for guests, while live data helped staff allocate resources more effectively during peak periods.
