Access Hospitality’s solution enabled dynamic rate rules, easy package and upsell creation, centralised reservations and clearer financial reporting — driving measurable gains: ARR rose 5.4% year-on-year, direct online bookings grew by over 10% year-on-year and now account for more than 40% of bookings, while staff workload from calls declined. The platform also improved cross-selling across properties, helped increase revenue per booking through bundled offers, and proved user-friendly for the team.
