Portmeirion Village, a hotel group in Wales that includes Hotel Portmeirion, Castell Deudraeth and self‑catering cottages, faced outdated tills, a costly upgrade choice with their existing PMS (Opera), persistent unresolved support tickets and a need to automate pre‑ and post‑stay guest communications. They engaged Access Hospitality and implemented Rezlynx PMS, DBM, Channel Manager and Advanced C&B to replace the tills/PMS and enable third‑party communication integrations.
Access Hospitality managed a smooth migration with on‑site training and Go‑Live support, eliminating long‑standing support frustrations and cutting staff time spent chasing technical issues. The new solution — including an integration with GuestRevu — automated confirmations, pre‑stay information and post‑stay review/upsell messaging, improving guest communication, online reputation and freeing staff to focus on the guest experience.
