Portmeirion Village - Customer Case Study

Portmeirion Village, a hotel group in Wales that includes Hotel Portmeirion, Castell Deudraeth and self‑catering cottages, faced outdated tills, a costly upgrade choice with their existing PMS (Opera), persistent unresolved support tickets and a need to automate pre‑ and post‑stay guest communications.
