Peach Pubs is a group of award‑winning pubs in market towns across England that also operate four accommodation sites totaling 60 rooms. They needed a centralised booking and operations system so food and beverage managers could stay focused on F&B, avoid dispersed admin at each site, and handle rising online reservations. Access Hospitality was engaged to provide the required property, payments and channel management capabilities.
Access Hospitality implemented an integrated solution (Rezlynx PMS, PCI Manager and Channel Manager) to centralise reservations with a single team, manage and flex channel bookings in real time, and secure payments. As a result Peach Pubs increased occupancy to 80% (a 20% uplift), eliminated credit‑card fraud since PCI Manager went live, improved rate and channel optimisation to drive margins, and gained ongoing support from Access Hospitality to convert OTA business into more profitable direct bookings.
