Loughview Leisure Group, operator of Ten Square Hotel, Loughshore Hotel and Chimney Corner Hotel, expanded to three properties and needed a more sophisticated, faster system with centralized functionality to automate bookings, support events and improve reporting. Access Hospitality delivered a smooth, timely migration with full training and live booking uploads, enabling a central reservations team to manage all three hotels from one platform and event teams to handle bookings, delegates and invoicing more efficiently.
