Lodge on the Loch Lomond is a 48-bedroom, four‑star family-run hotel with leisure and events facilities that wanted to boost occupancy in off-peak months and streamline its PMS and distribution to reduce front-desk call volume during special offers. To address these challenges the hotel engaged Access Hospitality to improve revenue strategy and the guest booking experience.

Access Hospitality implemented Rezlynx PMS along with Channel Manager, Online Booking Manager, PCI Manager and Facebook Booking Manager, plus KPI reporting to support a dynamic, occupancy-led rate strategy and direct seasonal offers. The results included a 15% average uplift in occupancy (over 20% in off-peak), more than 50% growth in online sales, over half of promotional bookings routed through the hotel’s Online Booking Manager, and a £300k increase in sales revenue in 12 months.
