Le Monde is a stylish 4-star boutique hotel in the heart of Edinburgh with 18 themed rooms, multiple restaurants, bars and a nightclub. Facing the need to remove on-site IT overheads, the hotel required an externally hosted cloud PMS that could fully integrate with Zonal EPoS (since ~80% of revenue comes from food & beverage), support multi-property real-time management, and drive direct website bookings and OTA rate/package management. Le Monde engaged Access Hospitality to provide a cloud-based PMS, online booking manager, channel & distribution management and Zonal EPoS integration.
Access Hospitality deployed a cloud PMS with an Online Booking Manager, Channel & Distribution Manager, Zonal EPoS interface and mobile/PCI tools, giving Le Monde real-time, automated reporting and central control. The solution delivered increased OTA exposure and a significant rise in online revenue from both direct bookings and OTAs, enabled data-driven packages and upselling, and improved operational transparency and efficiency — allowing Le Monde to manage rates, resources and revenue more profitably.
