HRH Group, a collection of eight hotels, inns, restaurants and pubs across Yorkshire, faced outdated reservations and EPOS systems, fragmented multi-property operations, heavy reliance on OTAs, and a need for a simple, centrally accessible PMS that would speed staff training and improve the guest journey.
