HRH Group, a collection of eight hotels, inns, restaurants and pubs across Yorkshire, faced outdated reservations and EPOS systems, fragmented multi-property operations, heavy reliance on OTAs, and a need for a simple, centrally accessible PMS that would speed staff training and improve the guest journey. To meet these challenges HRH Group implemented Access Hospitality’s cloud suite — deploying a PMS with integrated EPOS, Channel Manager and web booking tools.
Access Hospitality centralized all properties on a single cloud platform, launched new property websites and integrated real‑time availability, OTA connectivity and review tools; this enabled cross‑selling, streamlined bar/restaurant charging to rooms, faster staff onboarding and scalable management for future acquisitions. The result: average website traffic grew 20% and direct bookings rose 25% at the Guy Fawkes Inn, with measurable time savings across departments and more efficient revenue and yield management thanks to Access Hospitality.
