How Guestline is improving digital guests' journey at the Classik Hotel Berlin

Classik Hotel Collection, a five-hotel group in Berlin, Magdeburg, Cologne, and Munich, wanted a property management system that was intuitive enough for new staff to learn quickly and strong enough to support a smoother guest experience. The company also needed a way to keep service personal while handling training and front-desk operations with limited hospitality experience on some shifts.

Access Hospitality implemented Access Guestline, including the property management system, GuestStay, GuestPay, and a check-in kiosk at the Classik Hotel Hackescher Markt. The transfer was supported on site, even during a period when the Berlin hotels were operating at over 85 per cent occupancy, and Classik Hotel Collection said the new setup saved time for staff and improved the digital guest journey from booking through check-out. Neumann also reported that the kiosk had a strong start, with no guests leaving without using it in the first four weeks.
