Hotel Xanadu is a 46‑room boutique hotel in West London and a member of the Preferred Hotels & Resorts Lifestyle Collection. Facing the need to flex rates up to six times a day, keep availability and rates in sync with Preferred’s CRS, and get real‑time reporting and fast support, the hotel engaged Access Hospitality to provide PMS integration, reporting tools and support services.
Access Hospitality implemented a seamless integration so bookings from Preferred Hotels flow straight into the hotel PMS and rate changes are automatically updated on Preferred’s platform. The combined reporting and live “new reservations” view lets the team monitor arrivals and cancellations and adjust rates dynamically, while Zendesk‑backed support typically resolves queries within 10 minutes. As a result, Hotel Xanadu can flex rates frequently to remain competitive, manage occupancy from a single platform, and onboard staff with minimal training.
