A Access Hospitality Case Study

Preview of the Barberstown Castle Case Study

Historic Barberstown Castle enjoys the benefits of system integration with the Guestline platform

Barberstown Castle, a historic Irish hotel, wedding venue, and conference property near Dublin, needed to bring together previously separate rooms, food and beverage, and event operations. Using Access Hospitality’s Access Guestline platform, the team wanted a single system to replace disjointed processes, reduce manual work, and improve accuracy across bookings, billing, and guest service.

Access Hospitality implemented Guestline PMS, a Channel Manager, and a Conference and Banqueting solution, with integrations including EPOS and ResDiary to connect restaurant and event bookings in one platform. The result was faster reconciliation and invoicing, real-time access to accurate information for all staff, simpler restaurant and room upselling, and less paperwork and error correction. The castle also reported smoother go-live support, quicker staff adoption, and improved team morale and productivity.
