Guestline celebrates success in Ireland by announcing new deal with the Key Collections Group

The Key Collections, a group of distinctive hotels, apartments and guesthouses in Dublin and London, faced pressure to “futureproof” operations amid Brexit, VAT changes and a more crowded market. To gain agility, better forecasting and reduced manual work across sites, The Key Collections engaged Access Hospitality to deploy a cloud‑based property management system (PMS) and integrated distribution tools.

Access Hospitality rolled out its cloud PMS across an initial 17 properties (with further sites planned), delivering two‑way channel integration, automated processes and open APIs that enable real‑time reporting, live availability and centralized control. The implementation has driven significant time and labour savings for The Key Collections and faster decision‑making; Access Hospitality’s wider Irish deployments show measurable impact—over 80 properties (5,920 rooms) and 190,743 online bookings processed, with an average 2‑hour time saving per property per day—demonstrating the platform’s operational and revenue benefits.
