Dashwood Apartments, a 15-unit property in Banbury offering one- and two-bedroom apartments bookable from three nights to six months, needed a cloud-based, mobile-friendly system that avoided on-site servers, integrated seamlessly with online channels, and was easy for staff to learn. To meet these challenges they engaged Access Hospitality and implemented a suite of tools including Rezlynx PMS, Channel Manager, Online Booking Manager, PCI Manager and Facebook Booking Manager.
Access Hospitality delivered a smooth installation and training program, enabling Dashwood Apartments to increase weekend occupancy through greater OTA exposure (notably Booking.com), flex rates dynamically, and reduce operator errors. The Online Booking Manager drove more direct bookings and lower OTA commission costs, manual input was reduced freeing staff time, PCI integration secured card payments, and automated guest emails and templates improved the customer journey — with forward Christmas bookings reported as three times better than in previous years.
