Corus Hotels Group was struggling with a failing Property Management System and an inadequate replacement that lacked testing, support and training. They needed a single, centrally managed PMS that could run across multiple sites with full integration to EPoS and PCI systems, mobile and remote access, channel and distribution management to centralise rates and revenue, and a vendor able to provide strong ongoing training and bespoke development. Corus invited Access Hospitality to provide a solution to these challenges.
Access Hospitality implemented a fully integrated hospitality management package — including Rezlynx PMS, Channel & Distribution Manager, Online Booking Manager, Rezlynx Mobile, PCI Manager and EPoS — across Corus’s portfolio. The rollout covered 10 hotels including the 389‑room Corus Hyde Park, enabled centralised rate management and OTAs, and delivered measurable results: average daily room rates rose by £12 year‑to‑date, provincial ADRs improved with occupancy/lead‑time pricing, increased OTA bookings and revenue, more flexible remote working, and ongoing bespoke product updates (with 80% of Rezlynx upgrades driven by Corus requests).
