Coombe Abbey is a 4-star, 119‑bed country hotel and the largest conference centre in the Midlands, hosting weddings, murder mystery weekends and medieval banquets across 500 acres. Facing time-consuming management and poor reporting from multiple PMS, booking and channel systems, Coombe Abbey sought a single, cloud-hosted supplier with UK support, conference & events functionality, advanced financial reporting and multi-channel online booking. Access Hospitality was engaged to deliver an integrated solution (cloud PMS, channel manager, EPoS, advanced conference & banqueting and a customised online booking manager).

Access Hospitality implemented the integrated web-based PMS and channel management plus EPoS and Advanced Conference & Banqueting, with UK-based project management and support. The single-source platform delivered consolidated reporting and improved financial control, real-time OTA distribution, branded online booking, easy delegate booking and no disruption at go‑live (the hotel handled 70 check‑ins that morning). Coombe Abbey reported revenue rises and occupancy increases above industry averages following the Access Hospitality deployment.
