Fitzpatrick Castle Hotel, an 18th Century 4-star hotel near Dublin Bay, was struggling with an old server-based PMS that was hard to use, time‑consuming to train on, and limited staff access around the property or off-site. Needing better reporting, remote access and reliability as part of an IT move to the cloud, the hotel chose Access Hospitality’s cloud-based Property Management System and related distribution tools to modernize operations.
Access Hospitality implemented a cloud PMS with channel management and integrations to the hotel’s booking and revenue tools (eg. Awio and Right Revenue), enabling mobile access on any device, automated two‑way distribution and tablet-based housekeeping task lists. As a result the team became more productive and guest‑facing, queues at reception fell, management can view reports the night before instead of waiting for a 10am distribution, staff worked remotely during COVID with full system access, and overall reliability and security improved under the cloud solution from Access Hospitality.
