Brend Hotel Group, a family‑run operator of eleven luxury hotels and two restaurants across Devon and Cornwall, needed a central, web‑based solution to improve the guest experience and reduce costs while enabling central reservations, real‑time head office reporting, cross‑property bookings, live online reservations and PCI‑DSS compliance. Access Hospitality was engaged to supply an integrated cloud solution, including a PMS, channel & distribution manager, PCI manager and online/mobile booking tools to meet these requirements.

Access Hospitality implemented a single, fully integrated cloud platform so bookings update in real time across channels, rates and availability can be managed centrally (now by one person), and comprehensive management reporting is available to head office. The deployment eliminated double bookings, improved guest profiling and communications, reduced operational costs and time, and drove increased online reservations and revenue through better OTA and rate management — with ongoing support, training and bespoke enhancements from Access Hospitality.
