Best Western Plus Hotels - Customer Case Study

Best Western Plus Hotels’ Stoke‑on‑Trent Moat House, a four‑star 147‑room conference and events venue, was held back by a restrictive legacy PMS that lacked reporting, revenue‑management interfaces and modern integrations. They engaged Access Hospitality to replace the old system with a cloud-hosted solution including Rezlynx PMS, Advanced Conference & Banqueting Manager, an IDeaS revenue management interface, a two‑way Best Western interface, Channel Manager and integrated EPoS.

Access Hospitality implemented those modules to automate rate rules, integrate revenue management, streamline events and secure online payments, and enable real‑time channel/portal connectivity. The hotel saw easier reporting and improved connectivity, 30–40 secure pre‑payments processed daily, a 4% increase in direct bookings, 35% of room sales via the Best Western portal, better ADR/occupancy management and more efficient event and F&B operations (events represent 45% of sales).
